Good home for a large family group. The pictures of the home were accurate in layout and furnishings. The grounds crew arrived to cut the grass as we were checking in. The pool cleaner arrived the first morning we were there. The area surrounding the pool, the outdoor furniture, and the balconies and windows were covered in bird feces. Understanding we are on the ocean, some excrement was expected but it seemed like nothing had been cleaned outside for quite a while. The bedrooms and upstairs bathrooms were clean with fresh sheets and towels. The downstairs felt dirty and had not been updated for many years. We were unable to get the stove to work and my husband received a strong electric shock from an ungrounded wire when trying to get the stove to work. The quincha was great but the grill was covered in grease. The outdoor bathrooms were great. Video game machines dd not work. Safety hazard to have only one car gate opener and one front gate opener for a group of 12.
