The apartment is located on the 10th floor, it has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, dining room, closed kitchen and everything you need for a quiet, comfortable and worry-free stay.


The apartment has a wonderful view of the ocean of the V region, with its iconic and recently remodeled Muelle Vergara. In addition, you can find craft stalls and a wonderful pedestrian promenade several kilometers long.


The department is located in an iconic and highly valued sector. In front of El Sol beach and coastal promenade, with a spectacular panoramic view, close to commerce, banks, shopping centers and supermarkets.


The use of common areas is subject to seasonal availability, maintenance and building regulations.


In order to manage your access to the building, you must provide us with your personal information and that of your companions.

This information is required by the building administration for security and access control reasons. All information will be treated confidentially.

Before your arrival, you will be contacted by a Redibuk host. They will coordinate a time for key collection and will be able to answer any questions you may have. We are also available to resolve any issues that may arise during your stay.


The San Martín - Las Salinas sector in Viña del Mar and its coastal promenade is the favorite place for many, both in summer, with its various activities and sports on the beach, or in winter, with its walks with the family with a hot coffee. For years the chosen destination both for vacations and to spend a weekend looking at the sea.


The apartment is located on San Martín Avenue, a few steps from Libertad Avenue where you will find public transportation in the direction of Reñaca, Concón, Maitencillo, Zapallar and Papudo as well as Valparaíso.

It is located 2.5 km from the Viña del Mar Bus Terminal, 10 km from Cerro Alegre in Valparaíso, 50 km from Maitencillo and 128 km from the new Arturo Merino Benitez International Airport.

Todo lo demás es excelente. Sin duda seguiré arrendando a través de Redibuk y recomiendo tanto la plataforma como el departamento.

Redibuk para mí es la mejor plataforma para arrendar. Llevo años arrendando con ellos y siempre me han atendido de forma excelente. Siempre me ofrecen las mejores opciones, tienen muy buena disposición y solucionan todo de manera rápida y eficiente. Este departamento es la tercera vez que lo arriendo y me encanta: la comunidad es muy agradable, las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas y el balcón tiene una hermosa vista al mar. Además, la ubicación es ideal, ya que está cerca de todos los puntos importantes de Viña del Mar. También me sorprendió gratamente que ahora dejen café, té y azúcar en el departamento, un detalle muy acogedor que marca la diferencia

Lo único que mejoraría es realizar una mantención en la pintura del balcón.

El block de departamento está bien ubicado, tiene linda vista y los conserjes muy amables. La respuesta de los corredores anfitriones es rápida y son muy amables, pero el departamento en sí muy descuidado, tiene muebles viejos y en malas condiciones, los muebles de cocina en las mismas condiciones, las cortinas malas y llenas de polvo, el televisor muy pequeño y no capta una señal nítida, las almohadas ya sin relleno, muy descuidadas y los colchones no permiten un buen descanso. Los ventanales no filtran en nada la bulla exterior, se siente como estar al aire libre. En resumen, le falta una mantención completa al departamento y no vale lo que se cobra

Excelente ubicación, es un departamento estilo retro, muy acogedor y una vista muy bella, contaba con todo lo indicado y con estacionamiento subterráneo. Estuvo maravilloso, con una ubicación increíble y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos ricos días en la playa. El único detalle es que le hace falta un poquito de mantención y poner cortinas algo más oscuras en la habita principal, ya que si o si te despiertas a las 07:30 por el tráfico que hay en la avenida, más el sol pegando de frente. Quizás cambiar las camas de ubicación, poniendo el respaldo hacia donde están los pies de la cama, quedaría perfecto :) 100% recomendado
