There is a Transantiago stop 100 meters from the building and very good general connectivity of public transport, as well as transport applications such as Uber. The accommodation does not include private parking, subject to availability of the building, but you can park outside the building without any problem as it is a passage without much traffic.

As this is a residential area, we ask that you respect the condominium rules, which are to keep a normal volume of conversations and music during the day and remain quiet from 9 PM onwards (Fine: 50 USD) if complaints about disturbing noise arise. Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited (Fine: 100 USD) as we would need to hire an external cleaning and deodorizing company, resulting in lost rental days. Also, no parties are allowed in the apartment. (Fine: 200 USD).

Really enjoyed my stay here. Loved the amenities and the concierge. Location is close to parks and shops, just be mindful walking late at night. The apartment was beautiful! I loved how the apartment came with coffee, tea, and little treats to enjoy— this added a next level of luxury to the place. Definitely would recommend!

El departamento está super bien ubicado para ir a conciertos en el parque y coincide con las fotos. La única sugerencia que haríamos es contar con un ventilador/enfriador pequeño puesto que el clima de verano en santiago puede ser sofocante.
