Parties and loud music are not allowed as it is a residential neighborhood, and the house is designed for large families or 2 families sharing the space.

As this is a residential area, we ask that you respect the condominium rules, which include keeping conversations and music at a normal volume during the day and maintaining silence from 9 PM onward. If complaints about loud noises are made, fines will be imposed (Fine: $50 USD). Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited (Fine: $100 USD) because we would need to hire an external cleaning and deodorizing company and lose rental days. Also, no parties are allowed in the house (Fine: $200 USD).

La casa es muy linda y cumple con las expectativas, las habitaciones estaban limpias y la ropa de cama de buena calidad y muy cómoda. Es a 5 minutos en auto de la playa. Al ser administrada por una empresa no se siente mucho la hospitalidad y te cobran adicional por todo, es importante leer que si llegas después de la 21 horas tienes que pagar adicional. La empresa respondió y atendió las consultas, siempre fueron amables.

De maravilla nuestra estadía, casa muy amplia, para familias numerosas, super equipada, muy cómoda, en un lugar muy bonito, la playa la teníamos a 5 minutos. lo pasamos increíble de todas maneras volveríamos.
