Guests will have access to all the spaces of the property, it is a private land with everything described within the property.

Being a residential place we ask that the use of the property be to relax and spend a few days near the sea.

It is not allowed to make commercial spots, sublet or hold parties of any kind.

There will always be contact between the Redibuk host and the guest. Both to provide information about restaurants, parks, nearby places or to solve doubts or inconveniences that may arise during the stay.

The house is very spacious and well distributed, it is very close to the shop where you can find everything. The house is inserted in a very quiet place called Los Pinos near forests of montemar and reñaca next to beaches of Cochoa, Reñaca and Lilenes. All the spaces are spacious and designed to be enjoyed.

You can get there by car, bus or taxi to the house. Includes private parking for 3 cars inside the house.
