Apartment with everything you need to have a pleasant stay, with a terrace on the second floor, close to restaurants, shopping centers, parks, walking routes, among others. Very safe place to go for a walk, bike ride or go for a jog.

It is next to the Mall sport where you will find climbing wall for all ages, artificial wave for surfing and bodyboarding, restaurants on the lagoon, cafes and many shops for all sports.

Being a residential place we ask to respect the rules of silence from 9 pm onwards, no smoking inside the apartment (Fine of 150 USD) since we will have to hire an external cleaning and deodorization company and we lose days of rent. Use only the assigned parking lot (Fine of 100 USD/day) and do not have parties in the apartment. (Fine of 200 USD).
