The location is absolutely 5 stars. You get a gorgeous view of the ocean, extremely walkable to grocery stores (Jumbo is amazing), phenomenal restaurants, and the beach. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet (even on New Year’s Eve the noise wasn’t bad!). Based on location alone, I’d immediately rebook. Great building and amenities. The condo is small but worked well for our family with 2 adults, 1 child and 1 baby. The only slight issues, when we arrived there was no parking garage remote available. We had to request one and it took some pushing to get one. You need the remote to enter and exit the parking garage so it was imperative, I feel like I shouldn’t have had to push for it but luckily they did bring us one. We also had one day without access to water because of unpaid water bill, but Redibuk fixed it and water was turned back on later that day. Lastly, Redibuk is a company so they have fixed hours where they respond and you have to remind them of the context always.

La verdad el alojamiento 10 de 10. Pero el tener que esperar 1 hora afuera del departamento, porque la "mucama" estaba atrasada con el aseo y que al final NO HABÍA NADIE DENTRO fue bastante desagradable. Y el control del portón del estacionamiento nunca funcionó, fueron a cambiarle la pila pero siguió sin funcionar y lo dejaron así... y fue súper molesto cada vez que se salía del estacionamiento tener que esperar a que nos vieran por la camara y nos abrieran, y al volver peor aún tener que bajar del auto para tocar el citofono y pedir que abrieran (dando explicaciones TODAS las veces) eso arruino bastante la experiencia

El departamento cuenta con todo lo necesario, además de estar en una zona tranquila y muy linda. En lo que corresponde a los alrededores, a una distancia caminable se puede encontrar un stripcenter donde se pueden encontrar frutas, verduras, pan, golosinas y útiles de aseo. Un poco más lejos, pero aun cerca en auto se encuentran múltiples locales comerciales, supermercados y pubs. Volveríamos sin duda

Muy amable la gente de la conserjería, la ubicación del edificio muy cómoda, el departamento tiene todo lo necesario para una hermosa estadía. El único problema fue que se cortó el agua caliente todo un día, por el resto recomiendo el lugar.
