Newly remodeled house (2024), very close to the metro (Bilbao Station) and with indoor covered parking for two cars.
It is a cozy place for couples and families: a recently remodeled house, it has a fully equipped open kitchen, coffee maker, Instant Pot pressure cooker, among other equipment. Terrace with grill, workplace with Wi-Fi, smart TV, Alexa system connected to lights, music and curtains. Everything can be activated or deactivated by voice.
One-story house, heated by three split-type Air Conditioning / Heating units.
In addition, it is automated, so the lights, curtains and music can be controlled through the two installed "Alexa" speakers.
In the patio you can barbecue on the gas grill, with all the necessary equipment.
The house has two bicycles that are available to guests. One is for adults (24" hoop), and the other is for children (20" hoop).
