The apartment does not have parking, but it can be arranged with prior notice. Once the reservation is made, you will be contacted to discuss the details. It is one of the few places in the area with a pool to beat the heat, and it also has a fan inside the apartment.

It is a quiet neighborhood with excellent connectivity, so a car won't be necessary. Just four blocks away, you'll find the famous and trendy "Barrio Italia," known for having many restaurants, cafes, design shops, antique stores, handicrafts, and much more to discover. Additionally, there are supermarkets, parks, and restaurants nearby in case you want to go for a walk and enjoy the afternoon.

The apartment has everything you need to feel at home: Wi-Fi, cable TV, a comfortable and spacious bed, a terrace with a bar, and a fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, and a water purifier. This is the perfect space to relax after a day of exploring the city.
