En general, la estadía fue buena. El alojamiento es tal como aparece en las fotos, estaba limpio, bien ubicado y cumplía con lo esperado. Hubo algunos inconvenientes menores, como la falta de algunos utensilios de cocina, el control remoto y los implementos del horno, pero estos fueron solucionados una vez que los informamos. Lo que sí podría mejorar es la comunicación. No hubo mucha flexibilidad con el check-in, ya que recién avisaban en el momento si era posible ingresar un poco antes o no, lo que dificulta organizarse. Además, no entregan el control del portón ni el QR para el acceso del vehículo, por lo que hay que pedir constantemente a los conserjes que abran. Ellos mismos comentaron que, según las reglas del edificio, los huéspedes deberían contar con ese acceso. Cuando planteé esta situación por el chat, en lugar de investigar lo ocurrido, la respuesta dio a entender que era algo que nunca había pasado, haciéndome sentir que estaban poniendo en duda lo que estaba informando.
