The house is very spacious and well laid out, and it is very close to shops where you can find everything. The house is located in a very peaceful area called Las Golondrinas, near the Montemar and Reñaca forests, and close to the beaches of Cochoa, Reñaca, and Lilenes. All the spaces are large and designed for enjoyment.

You can get to the house by car, bus, or taxi. It includes private parking for 2 cars inside the house.

Tiene todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa: Wi-Fi, de alta velocidad cafetera, TV, cómoda cama, terraza y cocina full equipada. Un espacio ideal para relajarse luego de un día de recorrer la ciudad. Cuenta con piscina en azotea con sol durante todo el día (verano), ideal para quienes buscan refrescarse en el calor santiaguino.

Acceso a todas las áreas del departamento y las áreas comunes como piscina exterior, gimnasio, salas de reunión, jardines y lavandería. Uso sujeto a disponibilidad por normas del edificio y mantención.

Al ser un lugar residencial pedimos respetar las reglas del condominio, las cuales son mantener un volumen normal de conversaciones y música durante el día y de silencio desde las 21 hrs en adelante, (Multa 50 USD) si se generan reclamos de ruidos molestos se cursaran multas. Prohibido fumar dentro del departamento (Multa de 100 USD) dado que tendremos que contratar una empresa externa de limpieza y desodorización y perdemos días de arriendo. Y no hacer fiestas en el departamento. (Multa de 200 USD).

Para poder gestionar tu acceso al edificio, nos debes proporcionar tus datos personales y de tus acompañantes.

Antes de tu llegada serás contactado por un anfitrión de Redibuk, el que coordinará el horario en que serán entregadas las llaves y podrá resolver tus dudas. Además, estaremos disponibles para resolver inconvenientes que puedan surgir durante tu estadía.

Es un barrio tranquilo, una calle cerrada muy segura, a pasos de Avenida España con excelente conectividad por lo que no será necesario el uso de auto. Ideal para quienes quieren pasar un día en Fantasilandia o ir a un concierto al Movistar Arena, ambas atracciones caminando desde el alojamiento.

Hay parada Transantiago a 100 metros del edificio y muy buena conectividad general de transporte público, como también de aplicaciones de transporte tipo Uber. El alojamiento no incluye estacionamiento particular, sujeto a disponibilidad del edificio, pero se puede estacionar fuera del edificio sin problema ya que es un pasaje sin mucho tránsito.

Ubicado a tan solo 2,5km del Terminal de Buses Alameda y a 18km del Aeropuerto Internacional de Santiago.
